Users submitting proposals retain ownership of their content, but grant Builders Network a non-exclusive license to display and share it for proposal matching purposes.

2. User Representations :

Users warrant their proposals are accurate, complete, and do not infringe on third-party rights. Builders Network does not verify content and assumes no liability for misrepresentations.

3. User Conduct :

Users agree to comply with all laws and regulations while using the proposal section. Inappropriate content may be removed at our discretion.

4. Disclaimers:

Builders Network does not guarantee success in finding projects or clients through proposals. Due diligence is recommended for all project engagements.

5. Limitation of Liability :

Builders Network shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the proposal section.

6. Governing Law :

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7. Dispute Resolution :

Any dispute arising under these terms will be settled amicably through mutual discussion. If resolution is not possible, legal recourse will be sought as per Indian laws.

8. Right to Modify :

Builders Network reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users are advised to check periodically for updates.
